Reeder Custom Guns - with small game season coming up, we finished another big

batch of our Flattop Tools. These are the tools that turn the power of a standard round nose 22 LR into the power of a 22 Magnum. We developed this 4 or 5 years ago and several companies are now copying it. It does 3 rounds at a time and all you need is a box cutter or sharp knife. Every time we get a batch done they sell before I can get them on here. They are still $75 plus shipping. In the picture the small hole is from the round nose bullet. The large hole is from a round from the same box but after being converted in our Flattop Tool.

I have used a version of this since the 1970's and found that with some .22's .. the cheap round-nose bulk ammo .. it shot as well and often better than the unmodified bullets.

Here are 2 targets, one with the round nose bullet, the other with the flattop conversion, both bullets from the same box and shot at 25 yards. Both shot in a Ruger 10-22
