undergoing cancer treatment.

hello, ALL, you have continued to be so kind and always e mailing and/or texting me asking how Allie is doing, now that we are so close to her next hurdle, i wanted to write a brief update, Allie will be writing an update on her site , she hopes to have it done by tomorrow so you can go to gofundme allison herf and read her latest update #6 of this"unexpected horrendous journey" she has now been on for almost 9 months...and i know many of you have asked again for her home address so that you can donate to her directly and send her an inspirational personal note, which she opens, reads, and saves to read again..her home address is 3429 Ray Street, San Diego, Ca., 92104-4232..when you donate to her gofundme allison herf site, you will receive a quickly generated "thank you" so that you know your donation has been received...THANK YOU ALL so much for your generousity, your contributions have assisted Allison by helping with about 1/4 of her monthly living and health costs, she and we are very grateful, she still has a long way to go...so, to bring you up to date, Allie will have a BIG surgery this Tuesday a.m., her surgeon will , hopefully, re- connect her colon and get rid of the ostomy ( which has required 4 E R visits to repair as well as countless times it has burst unexpectantly and made a huge mess ), remove any and all remaining tumors not destroyed by her potent chemo and radiation treatments, remove her ovaries and tubes, and put in an iliostomy at the top of her small intestine to help allow the colon to heal and not force it to do too much work too soon, they are planning on allowing 3 months for the re-connection to heal and then another surgery will be in early December to remove the iliostomy and remove any tumors on her liver, whether she has chemo after this surgery will depend on the pathology report following the procedures this Tuesday, so, PLEASE continue to keep her in your prayers, please pray for her medical team and staff of nurses, and please pray for a GOOD outcome from all of this for Allison ! much love to all of you, i will keep you posted, Charlie.
