Can not comment on the Taurus...However the 22 mag loaded with Hornady Critical defense, load will give you 380 ballistics. Or loaded with Federal 50 gr jhp is a deal...I use both in my pocket packer Gary built me...I shot a 250 pound pig with the federal 50 grn...It preformed well. fwiw just my experiance.
