Wild fruit having a good year here too...

Put up nine gallons of muscadine wine in the fermenters last week. Eight weeks till bottling. Lots of work but well worth the end result. It's always great enjoying God's bounty, be it fruit or meat. Can't wait till October, the freezer's gettin' a bid low. Country fried boar steaks tonight from previous HHC... life is good.
