Got plenty of loading data just for Contenders.

Starline is making brass, so time to make it happen. Will be sending an action west for proper fitting. Should make an awesome hog hammer for woods ranges.

There was a series of publications focused on large handguns, magnum handguns and handgun hunting.

I have a copy with an article on a man who was shooting a custom 50-70 Contender barrel. I want to say he was using Pyrodex or some other similar powder in it.

reamer is dated 1987. The white goat in the pic below was taken with a 50-70 by Joel Sherman at Tellico Junction probably in 1990 or so. One of our special Contenders with express sights and NO muzzle brake.
