Reeder Custom Guns - Loading gate issue

Putting a trigger spring in my 32 mag Single6 last night (done this many times) and some how the loading gate would not open. Turns out it's spring got pushed in front of the hinge. Had a heck of a time figuring that out. Still opens kind of hard. Maybe a burr on the spring tip?

put the angled tip of the spring on a buffing wheel or use some 800 grit paper on it. Just don't change the angle or it will open on it's own. Those V shaped springs are a real pain in the schwantz.
