Quality control. Are Ruger barrels getting better

all the time? Seems like my newer Rugers are progressively smoother, shinier, and resistant to fouling. Does that sound right?

been working with them I have never seen one that I considered not up to par.

I've been led to believe that Ruger barrels are hammer forged on equipment sourced from Steyr in Austria... but I will stand corrected on that ...
