nobody special. If you were interested in the Eland or something that there was only one of then I would say e-mail Sandy and tell her, but he usually has a large herd of Bison, water buffalo, yaks and so on.

I once watched Gary chase an animal around for quite a long distance. It tried to elude him and used a lot of tricks to throw him off but he never lost it's trail. It got so desperate to get away from him that it tried to swim to the other side of a small lake, hoping he could not track it in the water. Alas, the poor creature was a very bad swimmer and drowned trying to escape him. He did not even have to shoot it!

I will drown it. That Nilgai wouldn't stand still for a good clean shot so I drowned him.

and a Hornady 500 grain softpoint bullet. The first shot dropped him but he was trying to get back up and John told me to hit him again. The second shot put him down for keeps. The shot hit him in the left shoulder. The bullet hole is shown in the pics. The second shot is on the other side.
