on the deal so the gun is available again at the sale price. I will run that sale thru today at the sale price of $995 plus shipping.Full custom in 257 Raptor. The 257 Raptor is a very accurate caliber and great for deer or even cow elk. I saw Blake take a cow elk at the HHC with his XP in 257 Raptor at about 150 yards, one shot.

That is a great caliber! Don't underestimate it. My first kill with the 257 Raptor was two 100 lb. small Texas hogs. They were with one shot. Didn't realize there was a second hog directly behind the front one until I saw 8 legs up in the air. Dead right there, with both shot thru the neck. Someone will enjoy this caliber/gun at a great price!

Gary, I’ll take it. Coleen knows my stuff.

notes about NOT splitting .204 necks on the way to .257. It's easy following some basic tips. Fresh virgin brass helps a bunch. Fire forming is easy too.

A work hardened teeny brass hole can only stretch so much before it splits. Some special techniques of annealing will remedy even a brittle batch of fired brass a guy might get from someone. Lots of options and loads. What fun.

Meh..... easy is for Bernie supporters!

annealed them and never lost a one. All new brass.

split like 3-4 in a row. Annealed them and they did great. HOWEVER I did a few improperly, water in pan not up to necks or at least high enough, too much heat, or something. "Telescoped" a half dozen cases, very interesting, never did that before. (pushed necks and shoulders back into the case!)

Cut them off and made .351 WSL from them. Waste not want not...

Thanks Kevin
