As you may remember WB loaned me his 13" SS 240 Raptor with Tasco 2x8 scope (2.5?). I had worked up some loads using 4198 and went out for the last time on Sunday with full loads and 80 SSP bullets from Sierra. Old ones that I had lying around for years. At 70 yards I was able to shoot just over an inch in strong wind off a sawhorse. I thought that was pretty good for 66 year old eyes!! Had 2 gallon jugs of water against each other and one shot obliterated them both and no recovery. If you want a light recoiling TC with heavy punch for varmints and small deer (like in AZ) this would be my choice. I used once fired .204 brass with no failures. Awesome caliber. Thanks WB and Gary!
