update on Charlie Herf's daughter Allison

Wanted to send you another update on Allison, unfortunately, the infection she has been enduring with the potent antibiotics did not go away as we had hoped !! yesterday she had to endure another "white knuckle" experience while they inserted a drain in her left fanny for four hours, needless to say it was excruciatingly painful , even the Deladud and whatever else they gave her to help sedate her came to where near relieving her pain during the procedure..the drain will remain until they feel the nasty infection is GONE !!! PLEASE keep Allison in your prayers and positive thoughts !! We will be in San Diego for a week starting 9/10 as she has a battery of tests, scans, blood work etc. When test results are in a meeting with the Oncologist is set for Thursday September 13th to hear recommendations for future treatment and chemo, if any will be required.
