I didn't hunt, but I do know that they hunt stag and they have puma. I still have a friend there if you would like me to inquire about anything.

I hunted Stag there a few years ago.
The hunt was an exceptional value.
The post hunt care of the trophies and getting them to the states was a goat rope, cluster f&%$.
It cost $2K (about half the cost of the hunt) to get one skull/rack to the states. They messed of my partners cape and the hair was slipping when it got here.
Discussion with taxidermist indicates this is normal.
If I were to do it again I would take lots of pictures and leave the trophies there.
I was in Bahia Blanca in 1973 in

Argentina. Dove hunting was really great at that time. One of the ranchers (and I am sorry to say I do not remember his name) took several of us from the ship to go dove hunting. We went out at O dark thirty and were in the field before sunrise using loaned shotguns. This was long before the Falkland Island crisis and the other unpleasant events occurred. It was really a long day but I enjoyed the hunt immensely.

I have made five trips to Argentina only hunting doves
but the outfitter we hunted with partnered with another
outfitter in the Patagonia area. Our outfitter runs a first
class operation and like Brian said an exceptional bargain.
Air fares are a little high, around $2200. Don’t know about
the taxidermy situation but can’t imagine the outfitter
tolerating that kind of screw up. Alcorn if you want talk to
them let me know. By the way that was 52000 doves in five
days hunt morning and late afternoon.
