Customer Service

I had lost a washer to the fore end of my Contender. I tried to find one but was unsuccessful. I called Gary's and spoke with Eric. He proceeded to try and find the correct washer. He wasn't having any luck; but never gave up. By the end of my call he figured it out and it was at my home today, two days later. Thank you, Eric. Just wanted Gary and the rest of the Misfits to know, it meant a great deal to me. Nice working with people that give a damm.
