The young lady walked out on the front porch and bumped into a very large snake she didn't see. She stepped on it is why it bit her. It was fleeing the high water to dry out. No telling how many vermin were flushed out of their holes for easy pickings. I'd say it a grand opportunity to flame-thrower fire ants and snakes during floodwaters, rats and mice too!
