I am passing this along simply for your info. Do with it
as you will.
For the last 2 or 3 years my right eye has been going downhill. On the Africa hunt in 2017 I never took a shot as my right eye just wasn't there. I had been to several specialists and none could do anything for me. Finally my eye doctor who did my Lasik surgery set me up with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. I went down there and they did all the tests and said they were going to fit me for a large special lens, similar to a hard contact lens. They said while I was waiting for the lens to be made, 4 to 6 weeks, for me to take 3000 mg of fish oil every day. One of the young doctors told me to start taking it immediately and my eye would be back to normal by the time the lens was made.
I thought he was BS me or just kidding, but I started on the fish oil that night. Within 4 weeks I could tell my vision was almost back to normal and by the time I could get down to Scottsdale at the end of 6 weeks I could see as good out of my right eye as I ever could.
The doctor didn't seem surprised and told me to take the new lens and there would be days when my vision was cloudy and not 20-20. But in the clinic that day my eye was 20-25, almost back to perfect.
On the last trip to Africa this past April, I took the lens with me but never used it at all. I took 4 animals and never used the lens. And all my shots except for one were exactly where I aimed. One was a bit far back and it took another shot but I pulled that shot. The fish oil has brought my eye back to where it was 30 years ago.
So this is just for your info. If you are over 50, your eyesight is probably much less than it was when you were 30. But do with it as you will. I am not promising you that it will do more for you than any other thing you have tried, but it worked for me. 3000 mg of fish oil a day. Good luck.
