There are some things that you can take to reverse the aging process like AMPK and NAD+ offered by the Life Extension Foundation which is a non-profit organization. I am 75 and take these products now plus other things.

Every Morning:
- "Thank you for another day Lord. I don't deserve it but I thank you for your mercy."
- Then I get out of bed and if I don't fall down and especially if nothing hurts, it is gonna be a good day.
- I check my heart once or twice a day to make sure it is beating.
- I go for a morning walky-talky with the Lord .. a nice mile walk in the country .. and spend it talking with Jesus.
- I figure I will stop when I stop.

other than that I don't believe in any of that "stop the aging process" BS. It is (to me) just another way for a lot of people to get your money and blow smoke where it shouldn't be.
