Almost.......

This AM, got busted by three does in my treestand. This afternoon, jumped a doe at another hunting spot. As I set up my ground blind I saw three deer running across a field but on posted land. Im 30 yards from the border of it.

For a liitle while I tried call in this big chocolate brown coyote. It was upwind and trotting back and forth between me a d the posted field.

Since I did not have a call I tried to "kiss"it in,so to speak. I produced a wounded mouse call by sucking air in. It did stop and maybe I could've taken the 55 yard shot but it was between two trees and I did not want to waste a 25 dollar crossbow bolt with an iffy shot.

Still got 1.25 hours of daylight left.
