Before the African Hunt. Its in New Condition, but I have yet to shoot it. My first rifle was a Marlin 1894 in 357 Magnum in 1979.

I have always been a fan of pistol/rifle combos. Also, a big fan of Marlin Rifles. Always my Dad's favorite, so exposed to them all of my life.

That being said, the last lever gun I'd give up is my Henry Steel in 327 Federal.

Not a fan of all Henry's, but love the "Steel."

It's basically a smaller version of Marlin's 336, but is tube fed. Sorta reminds me of what you'd get if you crossbred a Marlin 336 and 39A.

It just reminds me of the hunting adventures of 100 years ago afield with a 32 Caliber lever gun.
