I'm going to R-U-N-N-O-F-T to HHC. Too much drama, I got to get away. Roman and I are headed out Thurs. at daylight. I'm going like Kase, one gun and 3 (well, maybe 5) cartridges.
I've not had time to plan, load, or anything I'm just going. I really, really need this. Everyone needs me to do something important here but in my mind, I'm already there!
about time. I just happen to have a large box of new

You saved me from a 14,000 dollar BSA 441 Victor mistake. See y'all soon.
That’s an expensive Victor!

I bought one for 200 bucks, around 1976. Sold it for the same amount a few months later. You must have been looking at a really nice one, owned by a celebrity?
I hesitate and miss out, but I guess it's

the Lord's will. A showroom clean 71'(?) was $2750. Few years ago. Last year I called the guy back and the only one he knew of was around $6500. They were actually horrid little beasts, hard to start, and when they finally did, vibrated terribly. I find solstice in my modern (ish) 95' Suzuki DR350 with CDI and a bulletproof OHC 4-valve motor. It's too tall but I'll just grow longer legs. I paid $1500 for it.

and it took me a while to find a nice old DR that had many of the optional add-ons I wanted anyway. It was already modified to be street legal too, being an off road only version. No battery, just kick it and go. The air cooled motor is simple and light, only 245 lbs. ready to ride. It has muffler and airbox mods, a 33mm Mikuni Flat slide carb., big tank, skid plate etc. I re-geared it for a 90 mph top speed (at what would be redline) that I'll never use but it made it feel really nice at 60-65 mph on the road.
Looking for some alternatives to those off road knobbies but still able be to roost in the pasture.
We don't have a Beta dealer around here that I know of. I know they make really great Trials bikes.
I wish I was going so bad I can hardly stand it!
