I have the 500 gr. FNGC (I used in .458's) and that 340 gr. FP plain base. I can do tricks to shoot that 340 plain base out as fast as I want. I can paint it, add a special plain base gas check, etc.
There are so many jacketed bullets for serious stuff. Roman ended up with some 350 gr. HAWK JHP too. It's a BIG ctg. that is surprisingly versatile.
