not understand. The picture that I saw showed 6 stamps on a package. I just went to the USPS rate site and anything less than 13 oz max out around $3.70 or so. (I dont remember the exact number except it is less than $3.90). The next step up is $4.20. Now, how much does a piece of steel 4 to 6 inches long weigh? Now add the end Caps that I saw in the picture. Add the weight of the timer and wiring and a detonator. Add the weight of explosive (even if it is Semtex) it all adds up to a bill of greater than the advertised $3.90. So exactly what is this so called bomb made of? Even PVC pipe and just a battery to run the clock display will weigh in at better than 13 ounces. Am I really missing something here or is it possible we are being strung along? Lots of questions and no answers.
