Is some loss getting the procedure down.

Anneal the brass first. Then I might suggest adjusting the expander ball higher (in the neck) to help the brass turn the corner and support the neck as it gets formed. I learned that making 256 GNR brass. It too, was a two step neckng process. Don’t skimp on the lube!
