What does the 361 Falcon and 340 Gnr compare to power wise? Think there may be a couple barrels in my future.
Nothing you could shoot with two could tell the difference

The finer points could be debated forever I’m sure. LOL ! But it is a mater
of personal preference in bullet selection that will win the day. I am a 9.3 fan to say the leas. But have high praise for the .338 and the lighter bullets
should work awesome. I am using the 230 grain in the 361falcon and have a hog hunt coming up on Assabaw island in February. Should be a great
work out for the sweet little G2 set up

Nice setup, let us know how the hunt goes!

the 361 Falcon is considerably more powerful than the 340

The 361 is simply a 30-30 case necked up to .366 or 9.3 whereas the 340 is a 445 Super Mag case necked down to 338 caliber. Roughly twice the powder capacity.
My mistake I thought the 340 was on the 30-30 case

Why are you so lazy? Why dont you get us an up to date reloading manual? Do you realize how much free time you will have when we all can just look up the info instead of asking you all these questions? (Hope you understand this post is all in fun)
Having that book probably would free up

reloading manuals and my 2 books is out of business so I have lost everything. I am having to start all over from scratch on the new reloading manual and then I have to find a company that will print it. So it is going to be a while. In the meantime if anyone needs the new data I can e-mail it to them.
