It looks like there must be a pulley system in the cab of the truck. Keeping the game wardens somewhat safe. In NH The game wardens stand on top of the drum and lift up the gate. Black bears, usually just run to the woods. That second grizzly look like he was ready to put some hurt on something or someone. Pete
