Does anyone know of a gunsmith that can work on an original Parker Brothers Side by side 28ga. shotgun? It has a trigger/firing problem where sometimes it wont fire one barrel and sometimes it fires both barrels at the same time.
I already sent it to Larry Delgrego in New York the "Parker expert" and he told me he couldn't fix it... I'm looking for a second opinion if anyone has any suggestions.
thank you in advance, John

Larry Farley is the shotgun guru. Maybe he will see this

I wish my father was alive, he would know. If it was before Mr. M. V. Highsmith from Memphis TN passed away he would have recommended MR. Highsmith. I will call Mrs. Highsmith tomorrow and see what she says.

Mrs. Highsmith said Connecticut shotgun. Make sure you communicate with them before you send the gun. Do NOT shoot it until you get it fixed. You will only make it worse if you shoot it.

Maybe it is a liability problem but being mechanical shouldn't be a problem but maybe wear has occurred and he doesn't want or have the capability to make the part.
