Gary can you clean up this #1 action?

You have revived some total disasters and posted them on this forum. I have a Ruger #1 action with some rust on it which could use a bit or cleanup and a reblue. Rust is on the top of the frame and some on 3 threads of the action.. will try to post pics. Not a disaster just needs some TLC. Will send it in stripped. So a couple questions. 1) approximate cost to polish out the rust and reblue? I am considering while it is with you what it would cost to rebarrel it? Not sure of the caliber yet? Thinking of maybe a 24”. 8mm Mauser?

I will be sending in my Reeder semi custo for a trigger action job and could include the Ruger action then. Thanks Tom
