Are there any fixed power 3X pistol scopes beibg made?

Burris was the only one that I knew of and they haven't made them for years. Weaver, Leupold, Burris, Nikon and Swift have 2x and some of them have 4x. Variables with 2.5 on the low end and 7 or 8 on the top end seem to be the norm. You might try an online auction sight for a used Burris. They are lifetime guaranteed. Any problems and Burris will fix them. Good luck!

I haven't seen a good used Burris or Weaver or Leupold pistol scope in years. I guess they are just not popular anymore. I did pick up a Bushnell scope early this year and it has performed well. I think gun and trade shows are where you will find any specimens any more.

barrels. Years ago Burris had 1X, 2X, 3X and on up to 10X plus several variables, all handgun scopes. Handgun hunters put them on the map. Unfortunately they have now thrown us under the fat girl. I watch e-by and amazon for used Burris scopes and if they look rough I send them back to Burris for fixing. The Burris 3X and the 5X seem, to me, to have considerably more power than the 2X or 4X,

the 3x best. Weaver does make a variable pistol scope, but I know nothing about how good it is or is not. Like GNR said Ebay and Amazon....
