back in town with my wife after a trip to Jacksonville Fl for the weekend. Tomorrow she is going in for a knee replacement. I am a little nervous as she is diabetic and I have an overactive imagination. She is going in to the hospital at 11 AM and the operation will take about an hour or so. I would appreciate prayers that all goes well and she has a quick recovery. Thanks to all the misfits!!! Larry

My only comment ask for the meanest and unforgiving therapist you can find. It will take a full year for everything to settle out but she'll get everything back.

That she performs her assigned home exercise program. The therapist can only do so much during her appointments. Good outcomes are dependent on her hard work. Therapists can only give the tools for her to achieve her goals.

I agree with Dan. I had both done at same time three years ago. Therapy is critical. Got to push it and do it early. I was riding mountain bike and hiking in a few months, but steady improvement out to over a year. Work the rehab hard. I wish your wife the best.

Larry my Mother in Law, 86 years young had hers replaced in Oct and she is running around like a teenager. Easy recovery. She will be fine!
