But, the rainy weather kept me in this morning. I decided it was time to utilize one of my Reeder Christmas Sale items. I'd bought two grip frame assemblies. One Stainless and One Aluminum. Decided Aluminum on this project.
Broke out a primo Ruger Midframe Flattop 45 Convertible and went to work. Poor Man's Acton Job, New Springs, Polished/Brushed finish, and a few more modifications before reassembling with the gripframe.
Very happy with the finished product which now weighs 36.4 ounces...
