I got excited but it was a little rough cosmetically. I'm guessing that's still a good price though?
As long as the bore is not pitted...

Gary still has the tooling and stuff to do a .475 or .50 custom. (bore and cyl. cond. would not matter there) They were not as popular as he hoped but super rare and a niche uber collector-shooter. NOBODY is doing them custom anymore. I think Dave Clements used to do one but he's dropped it. They make fun shooters with the centerfire ctg. conversion cylinders.
The centerfire conversion cylinders are what I was thinking.

Funds are low for something like that though.

I am looking for one in that type of shape for a conversion for Gary to do. if you don't want it I would be very interested in knowing which gun store and where.

Zancha's Guns and Ammo in Lovington Illinois. 217-873-6567. I'm pretty sure she'll be open Monday. Good Luck!
LGS had one like that.

My brother purchased it for $250. Now it's on my to do list.
For that price I probably couldn't pass it up.
