the mid 60s so I would bet it is all Colt. It wasn't until the early 70s that Colt started having Italian companies make guns for them (as far as I know).
This was something that was done by a lot of companies back then. Weatherby had some 22 semi auto rifles made by Beretta and some in Japan. The Jap guns were the prettiest but the Beretta guns usually go for a bit more $$.
