And they cant be sticks from a California forest (again pre tested). Must be a length no longer than 4 inches, so no one could be injured, and a diameter no greater than .375 inches.
Sticks will have to be tested for safety, by the state, so you must send 2 sticks from the same branch as the stick you will use. Tested sticks will be destroyed during testing and not returned.
Zones and seasons will be the same as firearm zones and seasons
