Range day yesterday
Finally got to shoot several new (to me) pistols yesterday. First was a G2 I got from one of Gary's sales last year. Got a 10" 22 LR barrel from a fellow misfit on the forum. Put a 2X tasco pistol scope I picked up off Ebay for $25.First pic shows my sighting in rounds at 25 yards.

This pic was my best group, the Reederized G2 frame has about a 2-3 lb trigger pull and is real sweet to shoot.

Couldn't locate any 22 TCM locally for my new RIA but put the 9MM barrel in it and ran 250 rounds through it with no malfunctions. Compared to my son's Kimber it seems tighter and, for me, shoots better. I see my Glock and Springfield composite guns being bumped by a couple of Commander sized RIA's in 9mm.
Last but not least was the AMT Automag II in 22 mag from one of Gary's estate sales. All the LGS had was some Aquila 40 gr ammo. Got a stovepipe jam about twice in every other mag I shot Also the slide would not lock back after the last round. Fairly certain it is an ammo issue as it didn't pop any more than my 22 LR. Gonna try to locate some 40 gr Winchester ammo for it. The Millet sights are nice and the gun shoots as accurately as my MK III. Have to get used to the safety being hot in the opposite position to that of my 1911.
