Gary, can you do a Bad Medicine 1894 Marlin in 455 GNR?
no. The rim is too wide to go thru the action.

Marlin announced the 1894 in 475 Linebaugh several years ago at the SHOT show and took orders. Then they tried to make it work and couldn't. They had to give a lot of deposits back. We have been working on the 475 L and the 500 L along with our 510 GNR in an 1895 for a few months now and it doesn't look good at all. The 1895 action is wide enough but the cartridges are too short to lift up and feed. We managed to make the 1895 work with the 500 S&W but no luck on the others.
