I now live in Arkasas. My Ex- lives in Tioga. She couldn't stand military life and being away. My best friend and FIL lived on bayou Rapides between the Airbase and Lake Cotile.

Squirrel season was awesome going from camp to camp sampling food and drink in the evening and brotherhood. Then the next night you would stay in camp and entertain. I remember in '84 go in with my friend Rodney Jeansonne and his father up the Bogue Chitta river about a 3 hour boat ride. Never saw another person. Killed my first hog from a John boat with my SBH.
You can take me outa Louisiana but you can't take the Tigers outa me. LOL
