Great little movie. Costner did a good job capturing what I've read about Hamer, better representation than that from "Bonnie & Clyde" movie of 50 years ago. Saw that someone like Sheriff Wilson didn't appreciate historical inaccuracy of Hamer using a Colt Monitor rifle but movie made it easy to slide right past that.
Liked the scene in the movie where Hamer is buying guns to go after B&C. He's in a sporting goods store buying a Thompson, BAR, Monitor, S&W 1917, cases of ammo, etc, and it wasn't a big deal. Damned NFA of 1934.
