Since we are enjoying our good fortunes

and Blessings from the Lord; the old guy I'm sort of taking care of... He's out of my house and in a comfortable apartment in the housing authority. Doing well. Today I found we worked a deal with the Prosecutor and they are dropping all charges (2x felony aggravated assault for brandishing a shotgun). The only thing he has to do is relinquish his state CCW License. He can't have guns at the housing authority anyway. He can still own, open carry, and buy/shoot them. I thought it a fantastic deal, considering.

I signed a settlement today with my brother settling our affairs after 20 years of strife. It has adversely affected my health for sure.

Also I got my AHRMA membership today to hopefully race an antique dirt bike in cross-country and observed Trials next week. My national plate number is "429". A bucket list item. Anyone with experience in competition please shoot me an email as it's my first. Hopefully my fuel tank will arrive, it's been shipped. The 37 yr. old one split when I began to use it after some 27 years in a shed. Guns don't do that?!
