Reeder Custom Guns - Good all around balanced 45 Colt load??

Title says it all. I have several 45C revolvers, and I’d like to standardize as much as possible a load that works well without undue stress or strain on brass and guns. I’d like some ideas on bullet weight and powder. Something that is suitable for hunting yet won’t punish my wrist, if that makes sense. I have no desire to lean hard on the chambering - I’d move up to the 455 GNR for that. Just want a good dependable load for plinking to big southern hogs. Appreciate the feedback and comments.

I have been loading 45 Colt for 42 years. Have 100's of loads. First thing need to know is what Gun. A Colt or Colt clone, a Ruger Blackhawk, a 5 shot Ruger conversion, or S& W 25-5. I have all 4 and loads for each. MUST know gun first.

About 15 years ago. I played with some great +P loads and a lot of fun with that SA. Went to some heavys and did some penetration tests on layers of scrap wood. A real handful with a 5" barrel and the Trailrider grip. Sadly, had to sell it to make ends meet when my first wife's cancer robbed us of our savings.

For Ruger Blackhawk, Colt Anaconda, Ruger Redhawk and similar strength 6 shooters. 24.5 gr. H-110, Starline case, Magnum primer, Hornady 240gr. MAg for hunting, for self defiance same load with 250gr Hornady XTP. The load WB is referring to is for 5 shooters only.
