Using a 4570 load
That shoots well in my TC . I have a load with a max charge of H322 under a Hornady 350 grain jacketed soft point. It seems to be a nice accurate load in my gun. My one 64 dollar question is that of the bullet. Will the 350 grain jacketed soft point be too hard for any expansion? In the past I've always used 300 grain jacketed hollow points but I more or less ran out. When you move it seems that things disappear. I recall ages ago losing a small hog to a 400 grain hard cast bullet. It acted like an fmj and it was lost in a gator hole. I just don't want a repeat of years ago with this bullet. Maybe I should get a box of factory 300 grain jacket hollowpoints? Thanks for any replies.
