I and several others here have used that bullet on big game here and in Africa. The FP version expands a little better than the RN version out of the contender. Hogs and Deer and the like I would us a 300 HP IMHO. I shot a blue wildebeest quartering to me through the front shoulder and it passed through into the rear ham. The shot was at ~95 yards. The bullet did expand but not quite fully. It did do its job though and no follow up shot was needed.
