I fitted the new barrel on the Armi San Marco today. It installed easily with an .008" barrel/cylinder gap. I may want to set the barrel back one thread and tighten that up but for now I will leave it.

This is the first time I have ever ordered a barrel and have it almost drop in! I had to do some filing but to have the ejector rod housing fit and to have a working barrel/cylinder gap right out of the box is unheard of ... at least in my limited experience.

I had a set of the old Ruger XR3 grips and fitted them to the Armi San Marco.

I fired a few shots in the shop to make sure it's all working. It's been raining like crazy here so no range time today.

Nicely done, sure looks the part! Always enjoyed

tinkering with older SAs, I like the Hiene wire SAA bolt/trigger springs, lightens the trigger a bit. Might look for an old beater to ressurect!

I put that spring in all mine ..
