fire burning one fellow (not that guy sitting I don't think). He cooks hog hides at the flea market for sale to folks. The explosion is the propane tank letting go. Vol. Firemen may expound, they have a burst plug that melts or blows open to relieve pressure but when the liquid gets out and more vapor then it explodes! I saw a video of a 300 lb tank and it looked like a bomb with shock wave and all.
