shooting rock chucks with my 300 GNR. Shot a few 3 or 4 weeks ago before they pupped, then quit so they could get the little ones off the tit.
I was able to get out for a bit this afternoon. The weather was cool, a northeast wind blowing, and starting to cloud over pretty good. But I still saw 4 and got all of them with 4 shots. Ranges were from 30 to 65 yards.
Through May and into June the shooting should just keep getting better. Today's chucks
