grip that Ruger uses is ours. At one of the big Winter Range Cowboy shoots in Phoenix we had our Tombstone Classic on display in our booth along with a lot of other guns. Ruger had a booth and kept coming to our booth looking at the custom Vaqueros. At the end of the show they asked if they could take one of our Tombstone Classics to look at the birdshead grip. I gave them 2 of them. They sent them back about a month later with a note saying "thanks we are planning to add your gripframe to our vaqueros", and they did. So yes the base gun was the shopkeeper and yes it was one of ours. So that was a long way around saying just YES.
