38 Special is a lot more cartridge than most people give credit. I was writing an article for HHI on 38 special + when it folded.

With the GT Bullets and CFE Pistol Powder. It boosts velocity while keeping pressures low.

Gary is presently building me a multi cylinder Trail Gun that includes a 38-44 HD Cylinder.

Many forget they still are today. I still love those fine old guns of blued steel, wood and stag grips and hand fitting. Much better than plastic and spray paint. Thanks for posting those pictures...
