My dilemna is finding a decent source of bullets. Hornady, Barnes and Montana Bullet Works come to mind. Who else?
Next question. I only find 300 & 350 grain bullets. Is that it?

They are pure copper and lead. They expand well, good hunting bullets.

Heavy cast for the 41 Magnum usually work just fine. I even load the .410" Hornady 41 Magnum bullets in light loads. Accuracy has always been excellent...

It really gave near .375 H&H performance with the larger diameter bullet, down a couple hundred fps for same bullet weight. That is; hot-rodding the .405 and factory .375's. It kicks right smart FWIW.
Early on it was criticized for having limited penetration due to the bullet's sectional density but the modern designs have eliminated that for the most part I figure. Those rubber tipped pointy's are a bit fragile for heavier game and big bones.
Have it in a 24" Encore and Ruger #1...

What loads do you favor for the 24" Encore barrel? I too have one, I was also thinking of having Gary put a Muzzle brake on it.
I like the Hornady 300 grn over Benchmark Powder...
