primers you are just too hot. Go a grain or even 2 below my starting loads and work up. Andy's loads were hot and would not be a good starting load. With 296/H-110 and the 170 grain bullet start with 29 grains and ease up from there. With 296/H-110 and the 210 start with 28 grains and work up. We have built literally hundreds of 410 GNR barrels and revolvers and never had any problems that dropping a grain or two didn't help.
