About 3 minutes after Doug's Uncle Bruce rapped off the contents of a 30 round mag and leaned the gun against the truck, Doug wanders near. Inadvertently he reflexively reaches out and grasps the Mini-14's pencil barrel with his right hand. As they say, it did not take him long to look at it! It made horrific, raised, fluid filled, blisters on four fingers and maybe part of a thumb. I bet he had to wipe his butt as a southpaw for a while! lol
