In Tuscaloosa, Al we actually closed down one yacky tacky restaurant because we found cat and dog hides in their dumpster. Meat from the kitchen was sent for testing and it affirmed it was dog and cat!

I have seen a recipe for bobcat nuggets that I will try next time I shoot one. I would think the common housecat wouldn't be all that much different.
Mountain lion is some of the best eating there is.
