and we did silly shit on the weekends, like having one of our wives drop us off 15 miles from nowhere in the middle of the deep woods near the Ocoee River and we would take a knife and a 22 caliber pistol with us, nothing else and had to find our way back to our homes before Monday morning. On one of the occasions I lived for 3 days on a chipmunk and a bunch of crawfish. On another I lived off an owl. At the time they tasted pretty good.

you posted a pic from the local market with grilled rat on a stick, about the same time a whale washed up on the beach and the locals all came down with machetes etc. for more fresh protein. One of the Misfits posted "Mozambique surf and turf" great line! Wish I'd come up with it.
